Question: Choose a regular component of your daily life. Ideally something that gives you pleasure and is important to you. You may choose any activity you wish, but it must be an integral part of your daily routine - something you do every day, even multiple times each day.
For example:
Substances you enjoy: Coffee, Tobacco, Alcohol, Junk Food, Soft Drinks, etc
Activities that connect you with others: texting, Social Media, specific websites, etc
Activities that relax you: Reading before bed, Watching TV, Yoga, etc
Activities that make you feel good: Physical affection towards your partner/family/etc,
For the next three (3) days you are to abstain from doing this part of your daily life!!!!
