Some information about my team: I coordinate a finance team. We all work collaboratively together and all team members are involved in all projects, as all bits and pieces have to come together for a successful project. The team is very diverse in skills, age, seniority, culture etc from junior to senior person of 20 yrs of experience. Also, the outcome is not set in a single task/project and they need to stay flexible. This is especially seen in communications and expectations. I manage those by dealing with them separately while keeping the main goal in mind which are our objectives. To work according to our Policies and legislations, meeting deadlines with a highest level of accuracy etc

• The purpose of the team- The team's mission I oversee a group of marketing experts that collaborate to create and execute marketing initiatives. Our team's goals are to create / execute successful marketing strategies that fulfill the demands of our consumers. We collaborate to design campaigns that are both unique and inventive while also achieving our goals.
• The team's objective- Our team's goal is to create / execute successful marketing strategies that fulfill the demands of our consumers. • A description of how the team's purpose relates to the organization's overall strategy- Our team's goals are in line with the organization's general strategy, in that we want to create / execute successful marketing campaigns that cater to our clients' demands. Our team strives to produce campaigns that are both unique and inventive while also achieving our objectives. This contributes to the company's objective of offering superior customer service and goods.
