CASE STUDY - Coca-Cola: lowering the fizz in its objectives

Coca-Cola, the world's largest soft drinks company, reduced its key earnings objective in 2002 and again in 2005. This case examines the reasons for the downgrade and shows how the company achieved its lower target in 2007.
