CASE STUDY - BioPharma, Inc.

In 2013, Phillip (Phil) Landgraf faced several glaring problems in the financial performance of his company, BioPharma, Inc. The firm had experienced a steep decline in profits and high costs at its plants in Germany and Japan. Landgraf, the.company's president for world¬wide operations, knew that demand for the company's products was stable .across the globe. As .a result, the tor-plus capacity in his global production network looked like a luxury he could no longer afford.

Any improvement infinancial performance was dependent on having the most efficient network in place, because revenues were unlikely to grow. Cutting costs was thus a top priority for the Corning year. To help design a more cost-effective network, Landgraf assigned a task force to recommend a course of action.

Study Questions

No any other case studies have been provided. The 2 attached files are the only provided sources for the assignment. Please look at the 1st attachment file provided which is the Case Study. Table 6-21 p.186 is just there. I sent a screenshot for you to know where it is 24997411_1Screenshot 20170915-151304.png This course does not require any books. The professor just gave us the case study and guidelines as the only sources for the excel to complete the assignment. The "prescribed textbook" is the case study provided. Question Nos 5 Explanation: has asked for randomly reducing the plant capacities. So you need to look into the word doc. There under question 5 there are many tables as Case 1 or Case 2 etc. In each table there is a particular column called the reduction. That represents the reduced percentage of capacities for the respective plants.

The 7 questions is mainly for the report. I'm only asking for the excel file which is the 25 models. I don't mind not having the explanations as long as he/she separates the models in 7 different spreadsheets to avoid confusion. I'll pass for now. I hope you also assure that he provides the best and high quality in regards to the excel file. I paid mainly for the 25 models. By making the 25 models he basically answers the 7 questions either and I'm only asking him to separate them in 7 different spreadsheets as it is in the requirements to do so which you accepted in the first place. Although I am willing to do it myself. Please do what is required which I think the price for the excel requirement is a fair price. Nevermind, payment is done. Please do all what is required with high quality solutions. Dont worry about the report. Just make dure to have the complete formulas and solution. Especially the 7 spreadsheets.
