Nineteen bricks were tested by the Engineering School for breaking strength. The sample produces a mean breaking strength of 500 pounds and a sample standard deviation of 90 pounds. At the 5% level of significance, would we reject the null hypothesis that the mean breaking load is 510 pounds or more?
