For Thanksgiving, there were 837 trotters that participated in a turkey trot and ran a 15-mile course on the weekend before Thanksgiving as a screening test to see if they were ready to complete the actual 26-mile turkey trot 3 weeks later. All of the 837 runners ran in the turkey trot, but only 820 finished. The sensitivity for the 15-mile screening trot was 94% and the specificity 90%.
