A salesman drives a company car. His boss reimburses his millage at $.36 per mile. Fixed costs for the salesman are estimated at $2700 per year (taxes, insurance, and depreciation). Variable costs (direct costs of gasoline, oil and maintenance) are $.20 per mile. How many miles must be driven in order to break even?
