I'm working on this question out of my book and I'm come to a question that I'm very confused on. I'm not really sure where to even start with it. The question is:

Question: A flashlight bulb carries a current of 0.19A for 76s.

Question 1: How many electrons?

Please help, completely confused!! Give steps if possible to find how many electrons.
