The three strains listed in the table above are grown together for 24 hours. A sample from the floc is plated on to a YPD plate, and then replica plated on to G418 and Uraplates 24 hours later. The number of colonies growing on theYPD, G418, and Ura-plates are 30, 24, and 10 colonies respectively. How many colonies of Strain B are there in the sample?
