You are going to a birthday party and you want to give the children balloons filled with He gas. How many balloons can you fill to a volume of 2 liters if the internal gas pressure of the tank is 40atm and the temperature of the room is 25 degrees Celsius (constant temperature)? The volume of the tank is 2 liters and you cannot empty the tank completely.
