Assignment:

AB3, on a report that aired on the CBS TV News Magazine, 60 minutes, is about a lawsuit filed by a climate activist lawyer on behalf of American youth who claimed the U.S. Government was violating its Constitutional mandate to protect its citizens. The lawsuit has since been dismissed. But the suit is fascinating in that it documents just how long the U.S. Government knew that climate change was real and that it would cause irreparable harm to life and property in the coming years--even as many presidential administrations since have either ignored or overtly denied such knowledge of the facts.

It must include one or more statements on how your source might be useful to your investigation and final writing projects.
