Examine the case study and look at it from an Operations Manager's perspective. Answer the following questions:

1. How is hospitality measured at the hospital? Is this a good way to measure it? Why/Why Not?

8. What is your conclusion?

I have an individual case study regarding "Operations Management" course. There are several questions about the case study should be answered in the 7th edition of (APA style). Formulas, Bar charts, Bar Graphs, and any relevant information is necessary in the writing. It also needs one page for Abstract, and one page for summary of the case study.
