3. User Journey for each product (for capital one shopping think the user journey from the online purchase along with the capital one shopping tool, for the Auto Navigator provide user journey for all user types)
4. Pain Points for the each product In their user journey or any additional pain points
5. Features to improve the user experience and overcome above pain points for each product
6. Devise the Product Strategy based on the solutions or features for each product
7. Define OKRs and based on that prioritize features
8. Come up with the Product Roadmap based on OKRs
9. Create multiple EPICS and in each epic come up with multiple User Stories (consider all stakeholders) and multiple Acceptance criteria to cover all cases to be able to perfectly say the user story is done. Also explain the user journey with these new features
