Assignment:

Security Lieutenant (manager) for hospital university will over 50 site in PA, a few in NJ, and soon coming DE. Position put out for Center City Philadelphia. It primarily focuses on but not limited to security operations, shift management, shift administrator and shift oversight. Additionally, the Lieutenant delegates responsibilities to security sergeant (shift supervisor and security personnel. Lieutenant is also responsible for the safety and security of all the community, property, staff, students and visitors. Lieutenant ensures compliance to policies and procedures in the hospital and university settings.

This position will be part of the security public safety department structure initiative and strategic oversight plan. Accordingly shift placement and location alignment will be in accordance with operational needs.

2. Please provide your strategic plan for managing JSD ; and how does it align with a your management style?
3. As a lt how can you engage and support your Police officers and their Leaders? What will be your primary focus with respect to support this?
4. What can be the biggest/major risk to for a security department?
5. As a security officer how can you manage retention, morale, and officer development?
6. How can you initiate a great working relationship with Nurse managers, Patient Services, and any other clinical partners so it can support patient outcome and satisfaction?
7. What is WPV and what statistics exit and/or are you familiar with how it speaks to the healthcare environment? What regulatory agencies surrounds WPV?
