How does everyone track fuel inventory? We use excel spreadsheets by location to track inventory activity: purchases, cogs, co use. We use a weighted average inventory valuation method. The location provides a physical count and we adjust our calculation to match the physical count. How does everyone track inventory? I'm looking for some different ideas.
