You are the Director of Event Operations for the Castleton Civic Center (CCC). One afternoon, two event interns ask if they can speak to you. They explain how frustrated they are with the Assistant Director for Event Operations (to whom they report). Specifically, they report that she is often 15-20 late for pre-game meetings, doesn't have an agenda, is disorganized, and although a very nice woman, they feel that event management at the CCC is on the verge of a major disaster due to her lack of leadership. They mention how they have talked to the Assistant Director already about their concerns. She assured them that she would change and offered up as an excuse that she has been dealing with a difficult time at home.
