In today's workforce, there could be up to four (4) generations working together in a single workplace. Each generation communicates and interacts differently. It is so important to identify each of these generations and understand how they tick. How do they communicate with others? What are their work ethics? Do they embrace technologies?

The video, "We Didn't Start the Fire", shows what influenced people from 1949 to 1989.
