How do the graduation rates for Baylor compare to other US universities? Nationally, 40% of incoming freshmen will receive their undergraduate degree within four years, while 13% of incoming freshman will take five years o graduate and 4% will take sic years to graduate. Sadly, 43% of all incoming freshman will not graduate within six years time. From a random sample of 20,000 Baylor students who enrolled as freshmen, 10,800 received their undergraduate degree within four years, 3,200 of them took five years to receive their undergraduate degree, and 400 of them took six years to receive their undergraduate degree. Of the 20,000 surveyed, 5,600 of them did not graduate within six years. At the 5% Significance level, what conclusion can be reached?
