Assignment:
-Reminder -"Perspective taking, the ability to imagine a situation from another person's point of view, is widely regarded as a critical skill for managing interpersonal conflicts and fostering positive social relationships (Galinsky, Ju, & Wang, 2005).
-You were asked to look at your character strengths include : honesty, gratitude, hope, judgment, and teamwork.
-"Signature strengths/talent themes often represent the "lens" through which people view the world. This lense influences the things people value or find important in situations, the kinds of questions they tend to ask, the information they focus on, and the emotions they experience, all of which can shape their behavior."
Requirements:
1. Watch the following documentary using the lens of your top signature strengths (honesty, gratitude, hope, judgment, and teamwork).
For example, one of my signature strengths is love. As I watch this documentary I connect to the love of the mother....etc.
