Problem: Since during Easter the demand for eggs increases thus the Target store is required to keep up with the high demand, and maintain a constant supply of eggs. Problem arises since the shelf life of the eggs is limited, the store cannot order large quantities beforehand. The store needs to balance the high demand for fresh eggs with the supply as well as make sure that the stock is sold out before it gets expired. How can Target replenish the stock of eggs, should the stores procure directly from the suppliers?

The points you can work on

1. Instead of using Hickman's pallets Target should provide them with Pallets so that there isn't any error while changing the pallet.

2. Keep extra cases in trucks so that in case any specific store needs eggs it can be provide in short notice.
