Although Airbnb has been on brand with its mission and values, one area where it could have some improvement would be in the housing crisis. Airbnb is big on community, therefore having majority of Airbnb's listing run by real estate investors, landlords and property managers takes away from secluded neighborhoods who are used to not having such tourism around.
