Problem

Bounce Fitness Pilates instructor, Merila Soomekh, has made a complaint about gym supervisor, Aaron McArthy. She has written her complaint in an email and sent it to you as HR manager. See the email: To the Bounce Fitness HR Manager: After a lot of thought I am writing to you to complain about the behavior of my supervisor, Aaron McArthy. Since I started at Bounce Fitness 6 months ago he has been repeatedly making inappropriate comments to me. I have also heard him make inappropriate comments to other female staff and sometimes even female customers. His comments are sexist and misogynist. He often touches me on the shoulder or arm when he's speaking to me and stands very close which makes me feel uncomfortable. I have asked him to "Please stop" but he doesn't take any notice. Other female employees have had similar experiences but they are too scared to speak up because in the past when other women have spoken up and confronted him about it, he has reduced their shifts or embarrassed them in front of other staff or customers. This has gone on long enough and I would like him to either stop, or else be dismissed from Bounce Fitness. How can I make an official complaint?
