Eric is the Director of a small nonprofit agency that provides broad assistance to veterans in a three-state region of the Midwest. While his agency is affiliated with a larger, national network, he is largely responsible for the core functions of his firm, including fundraising, outreach, resource allocation, constituency relations, financial reporting, and agency growth. He leads of team of five, dedicated full-time staff and over 50 volunteers at any given time. While his agency is functioning reasonably well, he wishes he could do more; provide additional services and aid to a needy constituency, and grow his agency in personnel, outreach, jurisdiction and especially donations.
