Despite attempts to work as a team, Adrian has difficulty getting Bryce to meet the timeline. When Adrian approaches him to remind him of the delays, Bryce loses his temper. Bryce raises his voice and accuses Adrian of being a "know-it-all". Some of their colleagues witnessed this tense and heated exchange. Adrian attempts to explain himself, but his attempts are cut off as Bryce storms off. Adrian decides to give Bryce some time to cool off before approaching him and resolving the conflict.
