Our new potential client, Francesca, is from Italy and became an LPR in 2003 through her work as a graphic designer for an international company based in the United States. Her work requires her to travel a great deal, and so she is frequently out of the country on business. She now wants to naturalize so that she can vote in the 2024 presidential election as she has been paying close attention and wants desperately to vote for her favorite candidate. She has been so interested in politics that she went ahead and submitted her voter registration in 2017. She just moved to Seattle last Sunday. Although she is eager to apply, she suffers from superficial siderosis, a disability which prevents her from absorbing and retaining new information. On the naturalization intake form, she lists her absences as follows:

Francesca also lists on her intake form that she has no criminal history, other than a single speeding ticket in May of 2016
