1. Are you concerned by the fact that companies and government know where you have gone (e.g. where you live, where you study/work, when do take vacations, which bars you go)? Would you be concerned if this data was public and accessible to anyone?
2. Canadian courts may order a defendant to wear a GPS ankle bracelets when they're on probation, parole, or house arrest. What if you were asked to wear a GPS ankle monitor at all times so your location would be known, would you volunteer?

4. Are the privacy implications different from a GPS ankle or a location tracking app?
5. With technological advancement, any type of camera raises privacy issues nowadays. How about drones equipped with a camera? Currently, any Ontarian can buy a drone and use it in most areas (with restrictions on height and proximity to airports, etc., with some comments by a lawyer)
- How would you feel if a civilian flew a drone over your backyard party with a video-recorder turned on?
- Would you feel differently if the drone is being used by law enforcement agents?
- How would you feel if a drone flew over you after you have behaved different then usual e.g. visited a new place, or met a new person?
- Do you think that law enforcement agents need to obtain a search warrant before recording while over your property?
