3. You're benefit planner for a company that would like to offer added services to the employee benefit package. The following 3 individuals are employed at your company. Mary, a 28 year old single mom with 1 child, has worked for the company for 6 years. Tamara, a 45 year old married with no children, has worked for the company for 20 years. Juan, a 57 year old widower with 3 children( ages 12, 18, 22) has worked for the company 30 years. For each of the employees, decide which services would be most beneficial and explain why.
