- Submitting cheerfully and with patience to all His will lets us learn difficult lessons and eternal truths that hold blessings for us.

2. Trust the Lord

- We must have faith and put forth work to find healing and understanding.

- Trust in the Lord through the exercise of faith will open the doors for His healing to occur.

3. What you can do

- You can start with direct access to God through prayer. You can also reach out to people you trust such as family, friends, or your bishop.

- You can also start by reading, pondering, and applying knowledge from the scriptures. They are a strong source of healing.

4. God's love heals

- The adversary can trick you into thinking you are not appreciated, loved, or wanted. Break through the negative thoughts by reaching out to another in need. Paul taught, "Bear ye one another's burdens and so fulfill the law of Christ." (Gal. 6:2)

- Love comes by learning how to give it to another in a Spirit of trust. You can be an instrument through which the Lord can bless another.

5. Faith in Jesus Christ

-The final healing comes through faith in Jesus Christ and His teaching, with a broken heart and a contrite spirit, and obedience to His commandments.

-Learn to forgive, though hard it can open the way to a newness of life. Time spent on the offender is time wasted in the healing process.

-Do what you can a step at a time. Try to understand the principles of healing from the scriptures and through prayer. You can always find support through faith in Jesus Christ, which brings healing.
