Your office has a staff of Seven employees. Each employee has a particular role in the day- to- day functions of the office and have been cross-trained to assist in other areas when job demand is needed. Lately there has been a void in the office due to one employee out for personal leave. All have agree to pitch in for the employee so she can have the time off to deal with a serious situation at home. Everyone, with exception of one employee has been willing to except extra responsibilities. When asked to help with either billing or patient/customer service, her response is "not my job, I'm too busy or "that is not in my job description". This is upsetting all the other employees in the office as they are willing to pitch in when needed. You are the office manager, how would you handle the situation? How would you get the team back on track and keep the office running efficiently.
