A central heating system has a 60 W fan used to circulate air through the building ducts. A previous flow analysis showed that the fan needs to raise the air pressure by 50 Pa to maintain proper flow through the ducts. The fan is located in a horizontal section of circular duct whose diameter is 30 cm at both the inlet and outlet. Determine the highest possible average flow velocity in the duct.
