In learning all you can about the project stakeholders, you encounter some stakeholders who have low interest levels, but have high power to influence your project. They seem to fall into the context setters category. How should you manage these stakeholders? Build a relationship of high trust, but remember that you work with, not for them. Gather information on their needs and wants early on in the course of the project. Give their opinions a lot of visibility, but limit their decision-making control. Just keep them informed on the project.
