A systems analyst with strong emotional intelligence can communicate more complex technical concepts to other stakeholders in the organization. When issues arise they are also able to manage stress effectively and make better decisions than those operating with a lower emotional intelligence. These skills can also be utilized when trying to create buy-in of new ideas with other stakeholders in the organization, possibly leading to a project moving forward due to the backing of those in leadership.
