Hello, I need your help to write 4 pages long (essay format) about how did we identify a business problem, develop hypotheses, collect and analyze data, and report on recommendations resulting from that data. The attached project is the one that done by me and my group members. You need to read the requirement file that I attached along with the project. In this essay you need to use "we" not "I". This essay will be reviewed by faculty members, and I'll be also interviewed. This is a capstone course of graduate program in HR and OD. You need to have some background about HR and OD in order to complete the work.
