Use the following scenario to complete the BPMN for a flight check-in at the airport. The passenger arrives at the airport and heads towards the airline check-in and baggage drop. The passenger is greeted by an airlines representative. Then representative gets the customers information and logs the information into the system. The representative ask if the passenger has bags. If the passenger has bags then the representative weighs them, if the passenger doesn't have bags then skip to the final step. If the bags are overweight, then the representative asks the passenger to take out the extra weight and then he/she put the bags on the rail and the process continues to the final step. In the final step, the representative confirms the passenger's seat and asks the system to print the boarding pass. The system prints the pass, and the representative hand it over to the passenger. The process ends here. Mention one possible KPI for this process.
