Problem- Compound A has molecular formula of C7H12O. When A is treated with NaBH4, compound B is obtained. When B is treated with conc. H2SO4 and heat, compound C is formed. C undergoes ozonolysis giving compound D, which when treated with excess CH3CH2PPH3 produces 3-methyl-2,8-decadiene as a mixture of E/Z isomers. Determine the structure of A, B, C, and D.
