Question

Currently I work in an industry that places great value on your promotion potential within the organization from performance critiques. So. much so that if you do not meet performance requirements within a certain time frame you know that you will be let go. This is difficult to hear for many as one may seem that if you do your work to a regular performance level that you should be able to stay working for the company. First one must show that they understand what their performance is as there is a work statement tailored to the individual not just the work performance that one was hired to accomplish (U. S. Army, 2019). If you have additional tasks or projects they will place that up front so you and others who evaluate your performance for higher levels of responsibility and promotion understand what you have accomplished. This also goes over that one has been upholding the values and ethical considerations of the company (U. S. Army, 2019). In this is included any equal opportunity and sexual harassment policies that one treats others appropriately (U. S. Army, 2019). The evaluation goes over how one meets or exceeds.
