Some people argue that there is too much government intervention, while others say there is not enough. Based on the presentation of laws in this chapter from laws from the United States, such as the Civil Rights Act of 1999, Title VII, Family Medical Leave Act of 1993, which regulate employment discrimination, and the prevention of disparate impact, and disparate treatment, do you think there is too little or too much government intervention?
