1. Worker's shall be compensated fairly in accordance with their contracts, ensuring a basic standard of living is attainable and minimum wage laws are satisfied.

2. Employees will be treated with honesty and respect.

3. Workplaces will be free of discrimination and harassment in accordance with U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Laws (U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, 2003).

4. Workplaces will be a safe environment free of unnecessary hazards adhering to Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) guidelines.

5. Employees will be afforded the opportunity to choose their employee health insurance plan.

12. Employees will be afforded the opportunity for two fifteen-minute breaks during their eight-hour workday.

13. Employees will be afforded privacy for their personal belongings, in restrooms, breakrooms, and breastfeeding room.
