HR is rushing to the big data world as fast, or almost as fast, as other disciplines, including business, intelligence, finance, accounting, and customer relationship management. Among the greater challenges is getting every area of the organization to share data that in the past might not have been seen as useful or appropriate to the field and function of human resources. As access to vast amounts of data is gained, unprecedented insights into client behavior and employee performance are seen.
