Question

Peter is part of a PMO function in a product development company that delivers products for the aerospace industry. Peter suggested to one of the project manager to follow the Agile methodology for the software development alone and the rest of the work shall be in done using the waterfall model. The software development team's work is more challenging as there are no clear requirements laid down and this will create ambiguity in getting customer acceptance in the end if we follow Waterfall model. That's why Peter had proposed the agile methodology for the software development process alone. This will facilitate the team also to proceed with incremental releases.
