As a leader, a person must be adaptable to leading individuals who are different in terms of their personality, motivation, experience, education, etc. Of the four contingency theories of leadership (The Fielder Model, Situational Leadership Theory, Path-Goal Theory, and Leader-Participation Model) choose the theory that you believe may be most effective in application. Discuss the theory and explain your rationale for choosing it over the others.
