1. Formulate a code of ethics for an organization that you aspire to work for one day. You code of ethics should outline ethical behavior that is acceptable and unacceptable. Does the code focus more on teleological or deontological ethics? Are the two concepts incompatible? How does the code that you have developed compare to current ethical standard in the industry? The ethical code should include policies and procedure on how to deal with personnel who engage in violations of the code you develop.

2. If you currently or have worked in an organization conduct an evaluation of the firms current code of ethics. What do you think are the codes strength and weaknesses? Do you think that the code provides a clear and concise outline of acceptable and unacceptable behavior? How does the firm deal with individuals who violate the ethical standards of the organization? Do you think the code provides adequate guidance for employee? Please provide a copy of the ethical code with your answer.
