Need some assistance proving out and explaining (please show detail).

In 2005, Century National Bank needed to identify specific drivers in order to increase customer's participation of their additional offered services. In order to accomplish this Century National Bank randomly selected 60 accounts (with or without Debit cards) from 4 different cities. To identify the customer base they need to target with their new advertising platform, Century National Bank as asked the research team to identify if accounts with larger balances consistently take advantage of their additional services.

(a) Formulate a hypothesis statement regarding our research issue.
(b) Perform a regression hypothesis test on the data and interpret the results of the test.
(c) Based on the results what is Century bank's next step.
