We develop a sales proposal and follow the stages of the personal selling process, such approach, presentation, objections, close, and follow-up so what approaches we can develop when we meet a customer for the first time? Outline the questions we would ask before we make our presentation to determine the customer's needs and then outline what we would present including the features and benefits of the product. Can we describe two objections that a customer might have? , also two different closing techniques we might use to close the sale? And how would we follow-up with the customer after the sale?
