You are the HR director at a manufacturing company. In the last few years, the company president has been focused on building a diverse workforce. Some of the newer employees are devout in their religious beliefs. Their beliefs are much different than the majority of the workforce. The president has asked you to provide a briefing to her on the topic of religious discrimination. In your briefing, you tell her that an employee may successfully sue for religious discrimination on the basis of: Group of answer choices The employee is terminated because the employee refuses to work on a particular day because it is their bingo night at their church. The employee is denied a request to take certain days off that represent secular holidays. The employee refuses to pay employment-based taxes because they believe that the government does not have the right to collect them. The employee believes their religion requires them to dress in a particular way, and they are terminated for not following the employer's dress code.
