Managing change ensures structure and that processes run smoothly. On the other hand, leading change is more about inspiring and guiding the team through the transformation. The emphasis shifts to vision, motivation, and addressing the team's emotions to help them accept and embrace the change. Leading change helps rally the team and get them on board with the transition. Being a change leader has several advantages, including credibility with the team and the organization. Change leaders are often seen as forward-thinking individuals who exhibit resilience in the face of uncertainties.
