Porters Six-Forces (used to be Five Forces until stakeholders was added) model continues to be the center piece in a strategic analysis. For this exercise, describe elements of "financial analysis" as they apply to this case. If they are available in the case, address the "Income statement", "Statement of Cash Flows", Balance sheet", and any financial ratios that you can analyze using information from the case". Use what the case gives you to describe/analyze the company utilizing the various financial analysis. We will utilize these analysis models to strengthen the "Porters Six Forces" analysis that you are working on for this company.
