A hot air balloon is needed to lift a load with a mass of 125 kg from the earth surface. If the ambient air is 20°C and the air in the balloon can be heated to 110°C, determine the required diameter of the balloon if it is approximated to be a sphere. Also explain why the load is to be carried below the balloon. Note the specific weigh t of air at various temperatures is available in the Appendix E.
