Four employees who work as drive-through attendees a local fast food restaurant are being evaluated. As part of quality control improvement initiative and employee evaluation these employees were observed over 3 days. One of the statistics collected is the porportion of time employees forget to include a napkin in the bag. Below is the statistics collected:
