Workers for the FSU health clinic measured the cholesterol of 1000 people selected at random on campus. The average total cholesterol reading (LDL and HDL) was 210 with a standard deviation of 6. Student A transfers to FSU and has a cholesterol reading of 199. What is the probability of observing a cholesterol reading of 199 or less?
